The purpose of this letter is to provide to you the Authorization Assessment Reports (AARs) for the recently issued Interim Authority to Operate for the classified networks located at the Technology and Manufacturing Center (TMC) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and the Authority to Use the classified thin client system located at the American Centrifuge Plant (ACP) in Piketon, Ohio (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML22126A122). Enclosures 1 and 2 contain the AARs for the TMC and ACP, respectively.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. The PDR is open by appointment only. You may submit your request to the PDR via email at PDR.Resource@nrc.gov or call 1-800-397-4209 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
