Dear Mr. Wyan:
In an e-mail dated April 22, 2022, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Agilent Technologies, Inc. export license application XB1357 to export four devices each containing 0.00055 terabecquerels (TBq) of Nickel-63 (Ni-63), for a total activity of 0.0022 TBq of Ni-63 to the Drug Testing Laboratory Sindh in Karachi, and XB1358 to export six nickel-63 (Ni-63) sealed sources, each containing 15 millicuries, (0.00055 TBq), for a total activity of 0.0033 TBq of byproduct material to the National Agricultural Research Centre, Islamabad, Pakistan. In response to your e-mail, the NRC is returning both applications to Agilent Technologies, Inc. without action.
