Dear Ms. Garrett:
In an e-mail dated February 17, 2022, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Flowserve Corporation export license application XCOM1322, the export of two residual heat removal pump/motor assemblies, to China, for use Lufeng Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1. In response to your e-mail, the NRC is returning the application to Flowserve Corporation without action.
