April 26, 2022 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Licensee: DTE Electric Company Facility: Fermi Power Plant, Unit 2 Docket No.: 50-341 Date and Time: Monday, May 16, 2022 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EDT)
Location: Monroe County Board of Commissioners Chambers Monroe County Courthouse 125 East Second Street Monroe, MI 48161
Purpose:
The NRC staff will host an in-person Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at Fermi 2 for 2021, as described in the 2021 annual assessment letter. The NRC will be available to respond to questions about the safety performance of the station and the NRCs role in ensuring safe plant operations.

Notice of Significant 2 Licensee Meeting Public Participation: The public is invited to participate in this meeting by asking questions and providing comments throughout the meeting. The agenda is an open house poster session where members of the public are welcome to attend and ask questions, however the NRC is not actively soliciting comments toward regulatory decisions at this meeting. Alternatively, questions may be submitted in advance to Nestor.Feliz-Adorno@nrc.gov.
