In Reference 2, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NR) staff provided the Hermes Environmental Audit Plan. As a result of that audit, the NRC staff provided 22 requests for confirmation of information (RCIs, Reference 3).

The enclosure to this letter provides Kairos Powers confirmation of each RCI. Kairos Power requests NRC review of this information in support of continued review of the Hermes non-power test reactor CPA.
