- U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-0001 Annual Financial Report for Year 2021 April 14, 2022 VPN-005-2022 Trojan ISFSI Docket 72-17 License SNM-2509 Portland General Electric Company (PGE), with Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) and PacifiCorp, are the licensees for SNM-2509. PGE and PacifiCorp submit Form 10-Q reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); EWEB is a government entity that does not submit a Form 10-Q with the SEC, or a Form 1 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Therefore; in accordance with 10 CFR 72.80(6), only EWEB is required to submit an Annual Financial Report.
The enclosed document, "Independent Auditor's Reports and Financial Statements, December 31, 2021 and 2020," is the submittal for EWEB.
