UFSAR/St. Lucie - 2 17.2-1 Amendment No. 24 (09/17) 17.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE DURING THE OPERATING PHASE Reference 1, FPL Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR), describes the methods and establishes quality assurance program and administrative control requirements which comply with the criteria of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and meets the requirements of Regulatory Guides and Industry standards. Reference 2 transmitted the NRC Safety Evaluation that documented approval of the QATR at St. Lucie.

Note: All future proposed changes to this UFSAR section shall be reviewed/evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(a).
