Resident Inspector Program Resident inspectors live in the communities they serve Perform inspections onsite at Turkey Point and Saint Lucie Provide daily oversight of plant activities, including the control room Routinely discuss safety concerns with plant personnel and senior management Observe emergency drills and provide support to NRC decision makers for actual emergencies or urgent issues

NRC Annual Assessment Summary -
Turkey Point Florida Power and Light (FPL) operated the plant safely and in a manner that preserved the public health and safety and protected the environment Unit 3 started the first quarter of 2021 in the Regulatory Response Column of the Action Matrix due to the Unplanned Scrams per 7000 critical hours Performance Indicator (PI) crossing the Green to White threshold. As a result, the NRC performed a supplemental inspection.
NRC Annual Assessment Summary -
Turkey Point Once the PI returned to Green, Unit 3 transitioned to the Licensee Response Column.
Turkey Point Unit 4 was in the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs ROP Action Matrix for all of 2021 NRC will conduct routine baseline inspections at Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 for 2022
