Class A radioactive waste consisting of hearth ash from the incineration of dry active material from Germany. Once processed, it will be returned to the German supplier for ultimate disposal. These materials include those which cannot be incinerated, those that were processed for volume reduction, and quantity of radioactive waste authorized for export shall not exceed that which was imported.

This license is amended to: 1) increase the cumulative radioactivity limits for the total quantities of radioactive material/waste; 2) increasing the weight of radioactive material/waste exported to Germany; 3) revise the route of shipments; 4) rescind specific authorization for disposal of imported material/waste in certain RCRCA Subtitle D landfills in accordance with the conditional release conditions of our Bulk Waste Assay Program (BWAP) authorized in the EX Tennessee RMLs as Tennessee does not authorize this process for imported radioactive material/waste; and 5) extend the date of expiration from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2026.
