This license is amended to: 1) change Transport Logistics International Inc., to Transport Logistics International, dba ORANO-TLI; 2) update Transportation Logistics International, Inc.
to ORANO-TLI and correct its street name to "Paducah"; and 3) delete Transport Logistics International, Inc.
The licensee is authorized to export 65,000,000 kilograms (kg) of natural uranium, in the form of uranium hexafluoride (UF6). The UF6 authorized for export can be returned to the United States or used in nuclear power reactors in the European Union. If transferred to other countries, EURATOM must obtain U.S. prior approval before re-transfer.
The shipment of Australian, Canadian, and EURATOM - obligated material is authorized.
All other conditions remain the same.
