This memorandum responds to your December 9, 2021, memorandum transmitting your analysis of our update to the Status of Recommendations: Independent Evaluation of the NRC's Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2020 (OIG-21-A-05). Recommendations 1, 2(b), and 3 are completed, with the remainder in an open and resolved status.
