Docket Nos. 50-250-SLR 50-251-SLR NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff is filing this notification to inform the Commission and the participants in this matter that on or about March 25, 2022, the Staff intends to issue to Florida Power & Light Co. revised pages of Subsequent Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-31 for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit 3, and Subsequent Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-41 for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit 4.
These revised pages will provide that the licenses shall expire at midnight on July 19, 2032, and at midnight on April 10, 2033, respectively, consistent with the Commissions Memorandum and Order, Florida Power & Light Co. (Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units 3 and 4), CLI-22-02, 95 NRC __ (Feb. 24, 2022) (slip op.).
