Dear Mr. Stilwell:
As requested by your application dated August 2, 2021, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML211221A323), supplemented on March 11, 2022 (ADAMS No. ML22081A244), enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9380, Revision No. 1, for the Model No. TRAVELLER STD & XL package. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff safety evaluation report is also enclosed. The staffs evaluation findings regarding compliance with NUREG-1886 apply only to the changes in this amendment.
Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC, has been registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 10 CFR 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
