The purpose of this letter is to provide to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission a report that the Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan Annual Review to PLD1-SP-024PD, American Centrifuge Operations - Oak Ridge Operations Security Plan was completed in March 2022 using the requirements of NR-SP-ACO-OR-0001, Security Program for American Centrifuge Operating, LLC at Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The review determined that document markings and personnel titles needed to be updated. As required by NR-SP-ACO-OR-0001, Section 7 and PLD1-SP-024PD, Section 9.2, an updated copy ofthis plan is provided as enclosure 1. contains Security-Related Information and ACO requests this enclosure be withheld
- from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations 2.390(d)(l).
