Dear Mr. Warden:
Enclosed is an application (XSOU8789/08) dated March 2, 2022, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) from ConverDyn. The purpose of the amendment is to make changes to the Other Parties list. Specifically, ConverDyn request to: 1) change Transport Logistics International, Inc. to Transport Logistics International, Inc. dba ORANO-TLI; 2) update Transportation Logistics International, Inc. to ORANO-TLI and correct its street name to Paducah; and 3) delete Transport Logistics International, Inc. The licensee is authorized to export 65,000,000 kilograms of natural uranium, in the form of uranium hexafluoride for non-nuclear commercial uses only.
As a matter of process, and in accordance with 10 CFR Part 110.82, the application will be public for 30 days before the NRC takes any action on them. If no dissenting public comments are received, and all applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the amended license, after the 30-day comment period.
