Pursuant to Condition 16c and 16d of the LES Materials License, SNM-2010, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC , dba URE NCO USA (UUSA) herewith provides the remaining financial assurance instruments for the 2020 decommissioning costs .

The following financial assurance instruments have been provided previously; Reference Date Provided LES-19-175-NRC 12/12/2019 LES-20-00089-NRC 10/12/2020 LES-20-00089-NRC 10/12/2020 In Reference 1, UUSA committed to provide the following documents within 30 days of NRC approval of the 2020 Decommissioning Cost Estimate.
