Dear Ms. Banovac:
In accordance with Condition 12 of the HI-STAR 100 renewed CoC [1], Holtec has prepared an updated version of the HI-STAR 100 FSAR that includes the chang es resulting from the CoC renewal, including the FSAR supplement documented in the renewa l application. Attachment 1 and 2 contain the updated FSAR in proprietary and non-proprieta ry versions. Attachment 3 is an affidavit requesting that the p roprietary information be withheld from public disclosure.
