Request for Renewal of Certificate of Compliance USA/9239/AF for Model No. MCC-3, MCC-4, and MCC-5 Packages
Dear Director,
In accordance with 10CFR71.38, Westinghouse hereby requests renewal of NRC Certificate of Compliance (CoC) USA/9239/AF Revision 19 that expires 31 March 2022. T here are no changes to the package approval or application Safety Analysis Report (SAR) Revision 14 that are not already consolidated in the application and authorized in the existing certificate as identified in the current certificate reference section.
Westinghouse has a quality assurance program, approved by the Commission, which satisfies the provisions of subpart H (Quality Assurance) of Pa rt 71. Further, Westinghouse complies with the terms and conditions of the applicable requirements of subparts A (General Provisions), G (Operating Controls and Procedures) of Part 71.
One copy of the renewal request is submitted electronically via NRC E lectronic Information Exchange (EIE) system and emailed to the Project Manager, Pierre Saverot. Additional copies or electronic submissions are available upon request. Resubmission of SAR Rev. 14 is available upon request.
