NRC questions 1, 2, and 5 provided i n Reference 1 on the Kairos Power Hermes Test Reactor Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) identified typographical errors in Section 3.1 of the PSAR. This letter transmits the associated PSAR changes. Kairos Power requests NRC review of the response in support of continued review of the Hermes non-power test reactor construction permit application.

Changes to the PSAR which correct these errors are provided in Enclosure 1.
