LES POA&M Status Update
Reference:
- 1) Email titled RE: CISO Recommendation for Interim Authority to Operate for LES Classified Systems, from Mr. David Nelson to Mr. Jacob Zimmerman, dated January 28th_, 2022.
In the Reference 1 communication, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Louisiana Energy Services LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), an extension of the Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) it's classified networks.
In accordance with Reference 1, UUSA herewith provides the NRC CISO with a status update of the LES POA&M for Specific Conditions 1 & 3. Enclosure 1 contains the updated POA&M. Track changes were utilized to denote updated information. contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
