The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing the following document in the Federal Register:

List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: NAC International NAC-UMS Universal Storage System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1015, Amendment No. 9.

Description of the document: This rule amends the NRC regulations on spent fuel by revising the NAC International, NAC-UMS Universal Storage System listing within the list of approved spent fuel storage casks to add Amendment No. 9 of Certificate of Compliance No. 1015. This rule also makes editorial corrections to Amendment No. 8.

Dates: The effective date of this rule is 75 days after publication, unless the NRC receives a significant adverse public comment.
