SUMMARY
OF THE FEBRUARY 10, 2022, AND FEBRUARY 15, 2022, CLOSED MEETINGS WITH WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION TO DISCUSS FOUR WHITE PAPERS REGARDING THE EVINCITM MICRO-REACTOR DESIGN The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held closed meetings on February 10, 2022, and February 15, 2022, to provide draft feedback to Westinghouse Electric Corporation (Westinghouse) regarding four white papers related to the eVinci micro-reactor design. On December 9, 2021, Westinghouse submitted four white papers on aspects of the eVinci micro-reactor design (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML21344A063). The NRC staff provided draft versions of their responses to Westinghouse on February 7 and 14, 2022, to support the discussions during the closed meetings.
The notice of the closed meetings is in ADAMS under Accession No. ML22027A586. The meetings were closed to the public because the white papers and the NRC staffs responses are withheld from public disclosure in their entirety as proprietary information. Enclosure 1 to this memorandum provides the list of meeting attendees.
