Dear Mr. Warden:
Enclosed are export license applications XCOM1276/02, XCOM1286/01, XCOM1294/01, XCOM1332/01, XCOM1333/01, XR170/03 and XR172/05, dated January 8, 2022, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Curtiss-Wright, on behalf of its business units, requesting the following amendments:
XCOM1276/02 and XCOM1286/01: 1) update the licensee point of contact; 2) update the licensees company name and mailing address; and 3) update the licensee company name under a U.S. Party to the export.
XCOM1294/01: 1) update the licensee point of contact; 2) update the licensee company name; and 3) update three of the licensees company names under a U.S. Party (ies) to the export.
XCOM1332/01 and XCOM1333/01: 1) update the licensee point of contact; 2) update the licensees company name; and 3) update the licensees company name under a U.S. Party to the export.
XR170/03: 1) update the licensee point of contact; and 2) update the names of four of the licensees company names under a U.S. Party (ies) to the export.
XR172/05: 1) update the licensee point of contact; 2) update the names of four of the licensees company names under a U.S. Party (ies) to the export; and 3) update the company name and address of an Intermediate Foreign Consignee in China.
The NRC is processing export license applications XCOM1276/02, XCOM1286/01, XCOM1294/01, XCOM1332/01, XCOM1333/01, XR170/03 and XR17/05 as minor amendments.
If no dissenting public comments are received, and applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the amended licenses after the 30-day comment period.
