The status of PRM-50-123 can be found at the NRC Rules and Petition page at https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/rulemaking-ruleforum/petitions-by-year/2020/index.html. You can monitor this site for status updates as they become available.

You can also monitor the docket for PRM-50-123 at http://www.regulations.gov. The Federal rulemaking Web site allows you to receive alerts when changes or additions occur in a docket folder.

To subscribe: 1) navigate to the docket folder (NRC-2020-0155); 2) click the Sign up for E-mail Alerts link; and 3) enter your e-mail address and select how frequently you would like to receive e-mails (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once the petition has been resolved, the NRC will publish a notice in the Federal Register explaining the NRCs finding.

The public comment period for PRM-50-123 closed on November 16, 2020. Comments received after this date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but the NRC is able to assure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.
