  • Radiation protection
  • Fuel movements
  • Security plan Category B
  • System design and operation Category C
  • Scenarios to evaluate operator competency in all required K/As
  • Instrument malfunctions
  • Component malfunctions

All applicants must perform a reactor startup.

Examination Report 13-14 License OR Denial letter issued documents the results of the examination, including generic strengths and weaknesses include a copy of the written examination with the answer key

14-11 Requalification Examination Required to be conducted for continuous period not to exceed 24 months in duration Must include a comprehensive requalification written examination and an annual operating test Requalification programs are site specific with respect to the number and topics of lectures to be covered in the program. Formal classes, labs, self study or meeting attendance may be required (10CFR55.59 )

Medical examination required every 2 years
