Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 72.44(d)(3) and the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant ISFSI Technical Specifications, Section 5.3, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM "), submits the enclosed ISFSI Annual Effluent Report for the period of January through December 2021.
