Hanson (Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC)), "Order Approving Transfer of the License for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station and Conforming License Amendment (EPID# L-2018-LLM-0002)," dated June 20, 2019 In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transmitted an Order approving indirect transfer of licenses for Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2; Byron Station, Units 1 and 2; Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2; Clinton Power Station, Unit 1; Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2, and 3; James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant; Lasalle County Station, Units 1 and 2; Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2; Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2; Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 1, 2, and 3; Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2; R. At the time of the closing on February 1, 2022, EGC (referred to as "SpinCo" in the License Transfer Application (LTA)) was renamed Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG)

(Reference 2).

CEG requests that the 10 CFR Part 71 Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0008 be revised to reflect the transfer from EGC to CEG.

In Reference 3, the NRC transmitted an Order approving a direct transfer of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek) Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 and associated ISFSI general license from EGC to Oyster Creek Environmental Protection, LLC (OCEP) as the licensed owner and to Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) as the licensed decommissioning operator. CEG requests that Oyster Creek and associated ISFSI be removed from the 10 CFR Part 71 Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0008.

With respect to the consolidated Approval No. 0008, CEG requests the following changes to the associated NRC Form 311:

1) Revise Block 2 "Name" to:

Remove: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Include: Constellation Energy Generation, LLC

2) Revise Item 4 of Block 5 "Conditions" to remove:

Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station In addition to the above requests, as required by 10 CFR 71.101, "Quality assurance requirements," paragraph (f), this letter serves as notification to the NRC that CEG, intends to continue to apply the previously approved 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B Quality Assurance Program to 10 CFR Part 71 radwaste packaging and transportation activities for all CEG facilities listed in this letter.
