REGULATORY GUIDES AND INTERIM STAFF GUIDANCE During the 692nd meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS),
February 2-4, 2022, the Committee considered the following regulatory guides and interim staff guidance. No response to this memorandum is required.
REGULATORY GUIDES AND INTERIM STAFF GUIDANCE Draft Guide (DG)-1290 (Revision 3 to Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.59), Design Basis Floods for Nuclear Power Plants (ML19289E458). The Committee requests a review after resolution of public comments.
DG-4030 (new RG 1.249), Use of Arcon Methodology for Calculation of Accident-Related Offsite Atmospheric Dispersion Factors (ML21165A003). The Committee requests an information briefing and will arrange a Subcommittee meeting.
Draft Interim Staff Guidance (ISG), Safety Review of Light-Water Power Reactor Construction Permit Application (ML21165A157). The Committee requests a review after resolution of public comments.
