The attached documents contain comments the NRC reviewers prepared based our review of the Pre-Application Audit of draft files previewed from the Cimmaron Environmental Response Trust SharePoint Site and discussed on during the public meeting on January 7, 2022.
These comments are based upon our review of the 19 documents that we had available at the time of the meeting on January 7, 2022. Our inputs from that meeting have been revised to reflect that we briefly reviewed the additional files, that we were made aware of during the January 7, 2022 meeting, to inform our prepared comments on that day, based upon the new information in the additional files. However, a further, in depth of review of the additional documents, including the draft DP text, was not performed, at your request, to not delay the submission of the revised Decommissioning Plan.
