The current version of these documents is expected unless specified otherwise. The lead inspector can answer questions regarding specific information needs with licensee staff and may request additional documents.

The most recent audit of the NCS program (if any since the last NCS inspection) d.

Any new and/or revised validation reports completed since the last NCS inspection e.

List of NCS and CAAS-related Corrective Action Program and Redbook entries and any related NCS safety analyses or evaluations since the last NCS inspection f.

CAAS drawings/description, design documentation and most recent logic testing

g. NCS inspection reports/facility walkthrough assessments since the last NCS inspection, schedule for walkdowns and inspections in 2022
h. List of planned CAAS tests; NCS walkdowns or audits; NCS related IROFS tests, PMs, or calibrations scheduled for the inspection week; other NCS related activities occurring during the inspection week
2. Information Requested for On-Site EP Inspection (Pitts)
a. A list of any significant changes related to the EP program since the last EP inspection in April 2020
b. The most recent audit of the EP program
c. Procedure(s) identifying the controls to ensure the emergency plan is maintains and up to date
d. EP-related Corrective Action Program entries, event reports, and issue screening documents since the last EP inspection
e. Any EP procedures that were created or revised since the last EP inspection
f.

Sample of records indicating staff completion of any required EP training

g. The latest agreement(s) with Offsite Support Agencies
h. EP training materials (e.g., slides, tests)

EP personnel qualification/training records

Procedures for inspection & inventory of EP equipment

k. The procedure or process for evaluating plant changes and modifications for their potential impact on the emergency preparedness program
