LOCATION: Teleconference PURPOSE: The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference (PEC) is to discuss two apparent willful violations involving the failures to file for reciprocity and performing licensed activities in NRC jurisdiction without a license, which were identified during an investigation initiated by the NRCs Office of Investigations (OI), Region I on April 21, 2020. The conference will also discuss apparent violations of 10 CFR 30.10 by a former officer of Steel City Gamma, LLC identified during the same investigation.
CATEGORY: This conference is closed to public observation because it involves the findings of an NRC OI report that has not been publicly disclosed.
