CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9390, REVISION NO. 1, FOR THE MODEL NO. OPTIMUS-L PACKAGE
Dear Mr. Fowler:
On December 16, 2021, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff issued Certificate of Compliance No. 9390, Revision No. 0, for the Model No. OPTIMUS-L package (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML21344A047). On December 19, 2021, staff notified you, by email, of an inadvertent typographical error in Table 3 of the certificate. The revised certificate of compliance and the corresponding safety evaluation report are enclosed.
NAC International is a registered user of the package under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations 173.471.
