ORDER
This matter is before the court on the parties Joint Stipulation Concerning Filing
of and Citation to Administrative Record and Motion to Set Briefing Schedule. Upon
consideration, the court grants the motion and sets briefing as modified below.
Specifically, the court sets the following deadlines:
- 1. Petitioners shall file their opening brief on or before March 10, 2022;
- 2. Sixty days afterpetitioners file their opening brief, respondents shall file

- 3. Ten days after respondents file their response brief, the intervenor-
respondent shall file its response brief;
- 4. Seven days after the intervenor-respondent files its response brief, the NRC
shall file the portions of the record the parties designated; and
- 5. Twenty-one days after the intervenor-respondent files its response brief,
Petitioners shall file any reply brief they elect to file.
The parties may cite to the record materials as they propose in their stipulation and shall
include an explanation of the citation format in each of the principal briefs.
