Subject:

LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC Office of Investigations Case No. 1-2020- 011

Dear Mr. Rhoades:

The Region I Field Office, NRC Office of Investigations (OI), initiated an investigation (Case No.

1-2020- 011) on June 18, 2020, to determine whether a maintenance supervisor in the Limerick Generating Stations (Limericks) Fix-it-Now (FIN) Team deliberately falsified records to cover up work hour rules violations. Based upon documentary and testimonial evidence developed during the OI investigation, the NRC did not substantiate that the supervisor deliberately falsified records to cover up work hour rules violations.
