Attached is a summary of Connecticuts responses to the issues identified by NRC in the legislation passed in May 2022. Please review and be prepared to discuss early next week. I will set up a meeting for us to discuss internal prior to meeting with the State.

[External_Sender] RE: RE: RE: Proposed Times for Separate Discussions on Regulations and Legislation

Duncan, We had some miscommunication here and I neglected to send you a document we meant to send earlier. We have put together the attached document for the purpose of facilitating the conversation. The idea being that your staff can review the document and we can come prepared to tackle the existing items in the meeting constructively.

With that in mind, I dont think meeting in the next two days makes too much sense. Please pass this document along to the appropriate individuals and we can have a discussion about resolving the existing issues and when to schedule a meeting. My apologies.

Duncan, We dont have availability next week and the week following is Thanksgiving (that came up quick).

My suggestion would be to explore availability in early December. We can gauge availability here on Tuesday or Wednesday December 7-8th if that works? It should be sufficiently far out that no ones schedule has filled up yet.

Our attorneys are not available on the 12th. Are there any dates and times the week of November 15?

Duncan, It looks like the 12th works for the legal staff here.
