Final Rule: NuScale Small Modular Reactor Design Certification.
- Description of the rule: This rule amends the NRCs regulations for licensing, certifying, and approving nuclear power plant designs to certify the NuScale standard design for a small modular reactor.
- Dates: The effective date of this rule is 30 days after publication.
- This is not a major rule as defined by the Congressional Review Act.
