License Number SNM-95, Docket Number 070-0113 I am writing to update Penn State University's license SNM-95, Docket Number 070-0113, by appointing a new interim Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) due to the resignation of Yuanqing Guo, who is listed as the current RSO. I am writing to request that Aaron Wilmot be appointed as interim RSO for this license to replace Yuanqing, effective January 3rd, 2022.

Attached please find Mr. Wilmots resume demonstrating his qualifications to meet the requirements of our license through his Certified Health Physicist status, Professional Engineer license, RSO training, advanced degree in Radiation Health Physics, and over 15 years of experience in health physics and radiation protection.
