NORTH ANNA POWERSTATION UNITS 1 AND 2 CATEGORY 1 STRUCTURES - SETTLEMENT MONITORING PROCEDURE REVISION As required by Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Decision ALAB-578, this letter is to notify you that a revision has been made to periodic test procedure 0-PT-112, Category 1 Structures - Settlement Monitoring, and 0-PT-115, Survey of Settlement Monitoring Points.
Periodic test procedures 0-PT-112 and 0-PT-115 were revised to update the new baseline elevation and date for settlement tracking. The update was necessary following an adjustment to the nuts on the expansion joints to the original installation configuration. This adjustment was a follow-on action for exceeding 75% of the allowable total settlement per the Technical Requirements Manual.
