After discussions with NRC management on October 12, 2021, we are enclosing two additional items of information related to safety culture:
- 1.
Safety Culture and NCNR Leadership Accountability
- 2. NCNR Problem Identification and Resolution In addition, we are enclosing an additional item of information related to nuclear instrument display.
We continue to work with NRC on communicating our implementation of corrective actions necessary for reactor restart and await NRC acceptance.
