A written response should include, for the apparent violation: (1) the reason for the apparent violation or, if contested, the basis for disputing the apparent violation; (2) the corrective steps that have been taken and the results achieved; and (3) the corrective steps that will be taken. You may also provide any information that you feel might clarify the characterization of the apparent violation.
Your response should be emailed to me and emailed to R4Fnforcement@nrc gov within 30 days of the date of our letter to you or by December 8, 2021. If an adequate response is not received by December 8, 2021, or an extension of time has not been granted by the NRC, the NRC will proceed with its enforcement decision.
