OF THE DECEMBER 2, 2021, CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS TERRESTRIAL ENERGY USAS REGULATORY ENGAGEMENT PLAN On December 2, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS Accession No. ML21335A051), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed meeting with representatives of Terrestrial Energy USA, Inc. (TEUSA). The purpose of this meeting was to discuss NRC staffs questions on the proprietary version of the document, TEUSA Regulatory Engagement Plan (ADAMS Accession No. ML21285A234),
submitted on October 5, 2021. The enclosure to this memorandum lists the meeting attendees.
