November 30 - December 2, 2021, the Committee considered the following regulatory guides.

REGULATORY GUIDES Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.132, Revision 3 (previously Draft Guide (DG)-1392), Site Characterization Investigations for Nuclear Power Plants (ML21194A068). No review of this RG is requested.
Proposed Revision 2 to RG 1.78, Evaluating the Habitability of a Nuclear Power Plant Control Room During a Postulated Hazardous Chemical Release (ML21285A269). No review of this revised RG is requested.
DG-1381, proposed new RG 1.244, Control of Heavy Loads at Nuclear Facilities. A Regulatory Policies and Practices Subcommittee meeting on this subject was held on November 16, 2021. Based on the details discussed and feedback from Subcommittee members, Member Sunseri recommends that the topic not be sent to the Full Committee (ML21006A313). No further interaction on this DG is requested.
