REQUEST FOR PRESENTATION AT NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I 2021 WINTER SEMINAR
Dear Ms. Lund:
Thank you for accepting our invitation for Madhumita Sircar to address the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region I staff during our Regional Seminar December 7-9, 2021. The seminar theme is Back Together Again. We understand that she will be discussing Radiation-Induced Concrete Degradation on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Ms. Sircar is scheduled to present remotely for 30 minutes in our 0930-1030 A.M. divisional breakout session timeslot, which includes time to respond to questions. We will send her a complete schedule as soon as it is available.
Jonathan Pfingsten will be Ms. Sircars primary contact. He can be reached at (610) 337-5170 or Jonathan.Pfingsten@nrc.gov. He will contact her to finalize her specific audio/visual needs, so that equipment will be ready for her. We request that Ms. Sircar provide us any electronic presentation by November 26, 2021, so that we may pre-load it. If she has hand-outs that need to be distributed, we request that those be provided by November 30, 2021, as well.
