Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to your amendment application dated April 29, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21119A166), as supplemented on August 20, 2021 and December 2, 2021 (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML21242A028 and ML21336A193, respectively). The proposed action would allow the receipt and possession of certain radioactive materials necessary for the continued construction of the SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC Medical Isotope Production Facility.

The Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact was published in the Federal Register on November 29, 2021.
