Dear Mr. Jacobs:

Holtec appreciates the staffs on-going review of the Topical Report on Methodology for Fuel Qualification and has received the requests for additional information [1]. Because the RAIs ask for a large amount of detailed technical information and due to the timing, Holtec will not be able to meet the 30 day schedule in the letter. Holtec plans on submitting the responses by the end of January 2022.
