REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE REVIEW OF THE MODEL NO. CASTOR THTR/AVR PACKAGE
Dear Mr. Boyle:
By letter dated June 3, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML21167A153), the Department of Transportation (DOT) submitted an application to evaluate the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) request that the pre-shipment leakage test condition be removed from DOTs Competent Authority Certificate (USA/0808/B(U)F-96) for the CASTOR THTR/AVR package.
In connection with the staffs detailed technical review, we need the information identified in the enclosure to this letter. The applicant should notify the Department of Transportation when it can provide the requested information.
