Issuance of the Core Operating Limits Report for Reload 23, Cycle 24 Enclosed is a copy of Revision 17 of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Unit 3 for Reload 23, Cycle 24. This revision incorporates the modified cycle specific parameters resulting from the new core configuration as a result of the PBAPS Unit 3 refueling outage.
This COLR is being submitted to the NRC as required by the PBAPS, Unit 3 Technical Specifications (TS) Section 5.6.5.d.
