- Enrichment Facillfy In accordance Section 19 of its Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES"), also dba Urenco USA ("UUSA"), is required to submit changes to the UUSA QAPD that do not reduce NRG license commitments within 30 days of implementation. provide the page changes to the QAPD Revision 43c. Revision bars, strikethroughs, and underlines were utilized. A complete copy of the QAPD with content from the revision incorporated is provided in Enclosure 2.
