Westinghouse Submittal of Revision 5 of the FuelSolutions' Storage System Final Safety Analysis Report

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is pleased to provide NRC both a public and non-public version of Revision 5 of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the FuelSolutions' Storage System (Reference 1). Page changes for Revision 5 were previously provided to NRC via Reference 2.
The purpose of this submittal is to provide Revision 5 of the FSAR in its entirety.
A public version of Revision 5 of the WSNF-220 FSAR is included as Enclosure 1. A copy of the security-related, non-public version is included as Enclosure 2. Enclosure 2 contains security-related information and per 10 CFR 2.390 is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with RIS 2005-
- 31.
Additionally, Westinghouse is submitting clean copies of several other documents related to the FuelSolutions Certificate of Compliance (CoC). Specifically, Enclosure 3 contains WSNF-220, Amendment 4, Technical Specifications (TS); Enclosure 4 contains WSNF-220, Amendment 4, TS Bases; and Enclosure 5 contains WSNF-221 Amendment 4, FSAR (TS are contained in the FSAR file). It is understood that NRCs original copies of these files had portions that were unreadable, and therefore, Westinghouse is providing these new versions. Enclosure 5 contains security-related information and per 10 CFR 2.390 is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with RIS 2005-31.
