We are in the final stages of our review of remaining Final Status Survey Reports for Humboldt Bay Unit 3 and anticipate completing our Safety Evaluation for the termination of the Part 50 license.
I wanted to make you aware of this. I estimate that NRC will terminate the license by December 15, 2021.
